Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet all customers with a smile and hello, offer assistance with purchases, and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Learn and operate the cash register, price and stock merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping parking lots, picking up trash, and emptying trash cans.
- Security and Safety: Follow all security and safety policies and procedures, including handling cash and operating equipment safely.
- Accounting and Inventory: Account for all shift and daily transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to multi-task, organizational and communication skills, customer service skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work flexible hours.
- Physical Demands: Incumbents must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, bend and twist, and stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods.
