Key Responsibilities- Provide resident care per individualized plan of care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and nutrition.
- Follow safety standards, such as using transfer belts and proper body mechanics, to ensure resident safety.
- Establish and maintain respectful communications with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to meet Federal requirements and enhance your skills.
- Document care information per policy and procedure, and report concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
- Active and in good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job.
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
- Competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $19.81 per hour.
- Sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time hires and $500 for part-time hires.
