Your Responsibilities:

• Carefully and safely prepare food as directed by the chef and ordered by the servers, ensuring proper portioning and appealing presentation.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment to uphold food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with line cooks, servers, the Front of House Manager, and the Chef.
• Act as the central coordinator in the kitchen, ensuring timely food service.

Fundamentals:

A high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial, with at least one year of experience in food service or a related field required. You should be capable of operating, maintaining, and cleaning culinary equipment. This position demands full mobility and the ability to lift, carry, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds.
