Pride Global, a minority-owned human capital solutions and advisory firm, is seeking a seasoned attorney to join its legal team as a Corporate Counsel. Based in Bernardsville, NJ, or midtown Manhattan, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in-house, advising executives, account managers, and associates on strategic legal and business matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, employment, privacy, and real estate contracts
• Research and interpret employment and labor law issues across all US jurisdictions, with a plus for California law experience
• Devise and draft policies, standards, and procedures to foster compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct and manage investigations related to human resources and employment matters

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York State
• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
• 5-8+ years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house environment
• At least 4 years of experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation
• Experience with employment law and human resources
• Intellectual Property law and privacy experience a plus

Salary Range

The target salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus variable incentives, based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
