Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge, providing exceptional care and support to patients in our telemetry unit. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, leading teams, and promoting a culture of excellence within our hospital.

Salary: $42.50 - $62.38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with a focus on telemetry care. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating patient admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Leading teams and mentoring staff to promote professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in nursing (Associate or Bachelor's)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registration as a Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado
