Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time contract position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational therapy and a passion for working with students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' skills and abilities, including oral motor, sensory, integration, motor planning, fine motor skills, developmental function, reflex, and range of motion.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address students' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless implementation of occupational therapy services.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and update short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
- Active Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
This is a full-time contract position working in-person with students in a school setting.
