Job Summary:
Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to fill a Direct Observation Unit position in Gilbert, Arizona. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Direct Observation Unit, utilizing your expertise and skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Current Arizona license and AHA BLS certification.
- 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg Tele Observation.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
