Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage customer orders through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
- Monitor customer scheduling of trucks and communicate with co-packers to prevent overloading.
- Coordinate logistics of truckloads to ensure shipment schedules align with co-packer capacity.
- Create purchase orders and goods receipts to make inventory available for customer orders.
- Manage contracts and purchase orders with co-packers to ensure order alignment and correct pricing.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and co-packers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-op, or coursework related are also considered).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- SAP experience preferred.
