  • Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Assess and oversee financial performance, delivering insights and recommendations to upper management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster process enhancements and cost-saving measures.
  • Guarantee adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Cultivate and lead a high-achieving finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in recurring revenue models.
  • Experience in partnering with business units and managing comprehensive P&L responsibilities.
  • International finance experience is a plus.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical processes.
  • Experience in managing financial systems and driving process enhancements.
