Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Genesis HealthCare, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care and be able to provide high-quality services to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide acute and chronic wound care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
  • Work collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve the Center's mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA and take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation.
  • PA state licensure required. NCCPA certification required.
  • CWS, WOCN, or appropriate wound certification, or actively pursuing wound certification with APN wound experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in wound care, working with the adult or geriatric population is preferred.
