At Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, we're pushing the boundaries of traditional rehabilitation. Our innovative approach moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care. Our goal is to help people with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or stroke/CVA regain functional capabilities and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough neuropsychological evaluations and provide feedback to clients and their families on test results and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Educate treatment team members on brain-related behaviors and the implications of neuropsychological deficits on daily functioning.
- Design community reintegration activities to help clients understand their needs and limitations and manage them effectively.
- Document treatment progress and status in accordance with the Plan of Treatment.
- Participate in team process, provide input, and attend case conferences and family educational meetings.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Neuropsychology or an accredited training program in Neuropsychology.
- Current and valid professional license and/or certification as required by state of practice.
- Two years of post-doctoral training in clinical Neuropsychology.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in the assessment and management of traumatic brain injury or related neurological conditions.
