Swimming Safety Expert Wanted

We are seeking a responsible and certified lifeguard to join our team at Dedham Health. As a Swimming Safety Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers and visitors in our pool areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all users.
  • Provide emergency care and treatment if necessary, and enforce all pool rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the pool area and surrounding facilities.
Requirements:
  • Current lifeguard certification.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be 16 or older.
