  • Work at a consistent pace to meet daily quotas, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Produce high-quality material, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Take instructions from management and line leaders, demonstrating a strong ability to follow direction.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other assembly workers to achieve common goals.
  • Able to lift boxes of finished goods, if necessary, adhering to safe lifting practices.
  • Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, able to complete a 40-hour work week, demonstrate safety awareness, and have the ability to learn the assembling of components.
