- Pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the line to prevent production delays.
- Mark parts for identification, utilizing clear and concise labeling.
- Read and interpret gauges to monitor production levels and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Work at a consistent pace to meet daily quotas, maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Produce high-quality material, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Take instructions from management and line leaders, demonstrating a strong ability to follow direction.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other assembly workers to achieve common goals.
- Able to lift boxes of finished goods, if necessary, adhering to safe lifting practices.
- Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, able to complete a 40-hour work week, demonstrate safety awareness, and have the ability to learn the assembling of components.
