Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled High Voltage Project Manager to lead the design and execution of high voltage infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Design Oversight: Review and approve detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for electrical substations or transmission lines.
  • Cost Management: Ensure projects are on budget while maintaining cost-effective solutions.
  • Compliance: Verify adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and standards, including environmental and safety requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and the public, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience: In the electric utility industry performing detailed engineering for high voltage substation or transmission line projects.
  • P.E. License: Required for professional engineers.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) or Graduate degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in structural, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and practices.
