Job Summary:

Optimal Wireless is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales quotas, and promoting our wireless products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strive to retain and gain customers through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Participate in outside sales events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year retail experience in sales or customer service.
  • Minimum one year experience handling cash transactions.
  • Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred).
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Bilingual (Spanish required).

Work Environment:

  • Standard 35-40 hour work week applies.
  • Shifts vary from day to evening.
  • Physical labor, such as lifting and moving heavy boxes, may be required.
  • Working hours will be spent in the sales floor.
  • Must be positive and energetic.
