Job Summary

The Client Advocate (Account Manager) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and carriers at EPIC Brokers. This position is responsible for retaining existing clients and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and mail, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Review client exposures, loss experience, and current coverage to identify opportunities for proactive solutions and product recommendations.
  • Document all communication with clients and carriers in a timely manner, ensuring accurate records at all times.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of carrier websites to secure accurate and timely information for clients.
  • Strive to resolve all inquiries on the first phone call, delivering complete and accurate account reviews according to procedures.
  • Remarket accounts according to agency guidelines, confirming that clients' current programs are the best options and providing alternative solutions as needed.
  • Assume ownership of customer concerns and feedback, utilizing good judgment to escalate problems to management when necessary.
  • Comply with internal procedures and practices, demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, producers, and department managers to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Attained or in pursuit of a broker's license in the state of hire.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, technology, and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess coverage needs.
  • College graduate or experience equivalent.
  • Possession and maintenance of a broker's license in the state of hire.
