About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a visible presence at store entrances and exits to deter theft and maintain a safe environment
  • Monitor sales floor for potential theft indicators and gather intelligence to impact shortage trends
  • Partner with store leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize operational shortage
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store teams to promote a culture of safety and security
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to security and loss prevention
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred
  • One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred
  • One year loss prevention/security training preferred
  • Active Security Guard License preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with store teams
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict
