Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the communication abilities of students.

Work Environment:

This role requires in-person engagement with students, ensuring a supportive and interactive therapy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges in students.
  • Design and execute personalized therapy plans that cater to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student growth.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
  • Engage in school meetings and provide in-person therapy as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure and certification in the state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in educational settings is advantageous but not essential.
  • Capability to work effectively in a face-to-face environment.
