  • Provide quality patient care within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing practice.
  • Instruct patients' families in care techniques and maintenance of a healthy environment.
  • Observe, record, and report changes in patients' conditions daily.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • A valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • CPR Certification.
