About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing machine learning-driven features that enhance our platform's capabilities in the audit and advisory industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and map business problems to machine learning solutions
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI applications
- Curate, clean, and prepare data for model development and training
- Create and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) jobs for data processing
- Conduct rapid prototyping of machine learning solutions to quickly iterate on ideas
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, particularly in NLP and generative AI
- Collaborate with the platform engineering team to integrate machine learning solutions into the overall product architecture
- Implement data flywheels to continuously improve machine learning features through increased usage
- Define and implement machine learning performance metrics
- Contribute to the product roadmap with machine learning-driven feature ideas
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer who has:
- 4-5 years of experience in applied machine learning or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and its machine learning/data science libraries
- Extensive experience with NLP techniques and generative AI technologies
- Experience with LLMs and both text-to-text and text-to-image generative models
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and creating ETL processes
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing startup environment

Compensation Range: $180K - $206K
