Inova Health System is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hospitalist APP to join our dynamic team at Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital.

About the Role:

  • Provide 24/7 in-house coverage of the pediatric medical unit, Intermediate Care unit, and consultative services to our surgical colleagues.
  • Care for both general and medically complex pediatric populations.
  • Collaborate with Pediatric Residents and medical students to educate and mentor.
  • Participate in research, quality improvement projects, and education initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Willingness to participate in education and mentorship of medical students and APP students.
