Position Overview

Integration Innovation is in search of a Helicopter Aircrew Specialist to provide expertise in the development of virtual training solutions tailored for the Navy MH-60 platform. The selected candidate will be instrumental in translating aviation terminology, procedures, and operations for the Virtual Training Suite (VTS) development team. Additionally, the role involves assisting with project progress reporting, scheduling, and engaging with stakeholders.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation. Factors influencing the final offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and geographic location.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical abilities, with a background in interactive multimedia instruction being advantageous. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with customers, supervisors, instructional designers, software developers, and 3D artists to create engaging training systems across various platforms including mobile, web, augmented reality, and virtual reality.
  • Providing subject matter expertise during design meetings, storyboard development, and software content validation.
  • Adapting to changing workloads and collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is set in a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Location

This position may be performed remotely or from various locations.

Travel Requirements

CONUS travel is anticipated to be less than 50%.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with at least 12 years of applicable experience.
  • Experience as an AWR Instructor within the fleet.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Experience:

  • Military background as an instructor.
  • Familiarity with NETC.
  • Experience in software development, 3D modeling, and gaming is a plus.
