Janitorial Specialist

Trédi is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Hurlburt Field. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe work environment for our employees, visitors, and public officials.

• Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors, windows, walls, and furniture, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Waste Management: Empty and decontaminate trash containers, dispose of infectious waste, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Equipment Maintenance: Mix and blend cleaning solutions, wash blinds, windows, screens, sills, and walls, and perform other tasks as required to maintain our facilities.
• Reporting and Compliance: Report any maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor, maintain awareness of potential safety hazards, and comply with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in custodial work, floor care, and cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment, as well as safety protocols and regulations.
• Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and a valid driver's license.

• Competitive Salary: $17.20 per hour.
