We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • QuickBooks skills, including purchase orders, vendor bills, payments, invoicing, collection reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Financial reporting and analysis, financial statements, and tax preparation
  • Spreadsheet software proficiency (Microsoft Excel)

Requirements:
