**Job Summary**

Ruby, a leading lifestyle hotel, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our public areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform cleaning duties in public areas, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Housekeeping to maintain and improve our housekeeping quality standards.
  • Assist with capacity and quality management, including controlling delivery bills and performance.
  • Fulfill guest requests for additional in-room amenities, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Take care of plants, flower arrangements, and seasonal decorations, showcasing your attention to detail.
  • Support other departments in the hotel as needed, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively.
  • Be willing to work shifts, including night shifts on a temporary basis, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Have a great affinity for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be confident, enthusiastic, and possess a sense of humor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy dealing with international guests and have the ability to respond smartly to different requests and wishes.
  • Have a good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
