Job Summary

We seek a skilled Nuclear Imaging Technologist to join our team in a PRN capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear cardiology procedures and other related examinations according to established standards and practices.
  • Follow all regulations on radioactive materials licenses set by the Texas Department of Health.
  • Maintain quality assurance programs to comply with regulating bodies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of radiation safety principles and be able to prioritize STAT calls and orders effectively.

Requirements
  • Vocational School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
