About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and proposing personalized financial solutions.
  • Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' financial needs.
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships.
  • Provide options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and mobile banking options.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
Job Expectations
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
  • Maintain cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing, and complete service-related tasks as needed.
  • This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment.
