About the JobThis role will involve providing care and support to patients with serious illnesses, working closely with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in hospice care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $1,920 - $2,127 per week, paid weekly with tax-free stipends for meals, housing, and incidentals. Supplemental Health Care offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings program and access to continuing education opportunities.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient information, progress, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in Tennessee.
- At least one year of recent relevant nursing experience, preferably in hospice care.
- Evidence of electronic charting experience.
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
