Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment to ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience.
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including preparing patients for surgery, positioning patients on the operating table, and maintaining patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during surgical procedures.
  • Participate in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans and protocols to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Surgical Technology - Required
  • 6 Months Healthcare - Surgical Technologist - Preferred
  • Completion of a Surgical Technician Internship - Required
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Certification Required
  • CST - Certified Surgery Technologist Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledgeable in sterile technique and the principles of aseptic practice required.
  • Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude required.
  • Maintains professional and personal integrity.
  • A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.

Work Environment:
This role is based in the United States of America and requires a high level of organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:
$54.72 per hour.

Hourly.

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours per week.
