Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity in Riverside, CA

As a Home Health Physical Therapist with Omni Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes in the Riverside, CA area. Our team is committed to providing excellent therapy services and support to our therapists, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive pay and flexible hours to our therapy partners. You can expect to earn an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, paid twice monthly via direct deposit.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility as a Home Health Physical Therapist will be to evaluate and treat patients in their homes. You will work closely with our team of care coordinators and case managers to ensure that your patients receive the best possible care.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Experience working with home health patients or similar populations
Omni Therapy has provided excellent in-home physical therapy solutions throughout Southern California for 14 years. We take pride in our innovative tiered referral system, which provides our therapy partners with a larger number of referrals within a smaller radius in their preferred territories.
Our dedicated team of care coordinators and case managers step in and assist with completing portions of your notes for you when needed. We also offer user-friendly web-based electronic documentation and assistance with note submission.
