Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to join our team at TPG Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our industrial refrigeration system and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, including lubricating, cleaning, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with refrigeration systems, including leaks, malfunctions, and other problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Refrigeration Engineer and other team members to ensure seamless operation of our refrigeration systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Four-year college, technical, or vocational school certificate, or a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training.
  • Certifications: NJ Blue Seal Toxic Refrigeration certifications, driver's license, and industrial equipment certifications.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge, ability to read and interpret technical manuals, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
