Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of professional nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a completion deadline of 5 years from hire date.
