- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal laws, and regulations.
- Provide training and coaching to pharmacy technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information, prescription data, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
- One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting required.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
- Previous people management/leadership experience.
- Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation.
Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $22.50 per hour - $31.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
