Feed Mill Operator

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. As a Feed Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in the formulation of high-quality ingredients and essentials for agriculture.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location and comply with company policies and government regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, and loading/unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light-duty machinery/equipment.
• Control and monitor all load-out functions, understand and operate automated scale/dump systems, and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
• Maintain quality of inventory, deliver products to customer sites, and keep all work areas clean, orderly, and safe.
Requirements
• Knowledge of operations and/or business operations.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobiles.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred, and agriculture experience preferred.
