Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Truck Fleet Specialist, you will need to possess a strong background in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, with experience in routine preventative maintenance, brake and tire work, and basic diagnostics and repairs. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with customers/drivers to determine the nature of their complaints.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Vocational or Technical Certification Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications, preferred
  • Basic tools, required
  • Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including:
  • Routine preventative maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work
  • Basic diagnostics and repairs, including AC and electrical systems, required
  • Three (3) years or more relevant work experience, preferred
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A,preferred
  • All other certification as required by location, required
