Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum of 100 continuing education credits, including 30 in advanced practice, within a six-year period.
- Deliver age-appropriate care, ensuring compliance with age-specific competency standards.
- Exhibit proficiency in technical skills through regular assessments and competency evaluations.
- Utilize critical thinking abilities in emergency situations while adhering to established nursing standards and practices.
- Possess a valid Florida RN license and have completed an RNFA technology program, along with an assisting course.
- Have at least one year of experience as an RNFA or be a current staff member pursuing RNFA certification, with documentation of a minimum of 150 surgical cases in the relevant specialty.
- Hold current certifications in BLS and ACLS, along with credentialing as a certified first assistant.
