Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Transdev. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles, including Gillig buses and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections
• Diagnose and repair vehicle and equipment issues, including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately and efficiently
• Assist with road calls and emergency services as needed

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement required (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
• At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance and repair experience or a combination of technical school education and experience
• ASE certifications required; must be willing to participate in company ASE certification program
