Job Summary

This Travel Nurse RN - Wound Care position is a 13-week assignment in a fast-paced healthcare setting. As a Wound Care Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in wound care and ostomy management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients with wounds and ostomies
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct wound assessments and develop treatment plans to promote healing and prevent complications
  • Provide ostomy care and education to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • Previous experience in wound care and ostomy management (not required but preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
