Stretch Therapist

StretchLab - Hudson is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Flexologist. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

• Deliver exceptional stretching experiences for clients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout sessions
• Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them to achieve their flexibility goals
• Contribute to the growth and retention of our client base through sales and outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate client records and update notes consistently
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained studio environment, including equipment and facilities
• Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

• Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a love for boutique fitness environments
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment, providing hands-on training and exceptional client care
• Fitness certification required, with physical ability to perform specific stretches on clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and reliability
