Job Title: Regional LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional LPN to join our team at Diversicare Healthcare Services & Diversicare Ther. As a Regional LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and supporting our centers in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled technical nursing services to residents within an assigned unit in support of medical care staff RN staff.
  • Supervise CNAs to ensure a high quality of care is provided to all residents.
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing CNAs.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Ensure safe work practices and proper infection control techniques.
  • Participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
  • Provide input for CNA performance evaluations.
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline CNAs as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted license by the State Board of Nursing, as an LPN/LVN.
  • Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties characterized by frequent change.
  • Able to work intimately with residents, physicians, and staff.
  • Capable of working to prescribe nursing standards.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.
