About the Role

We seek a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Hopebridge, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual needs.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals
  2. Design and implement individualized intervention plans that address unique needs and promote optimal outcomes
  3. Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical excellence
