Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying changes in condition and notifying physicians promptly.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong preference for those with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- New graduates welcome, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Current LPN licensure in the state, with CPR certification or acceptable exemption.
