Position Overview

The role requires maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the unit's financial performance, strategic plans, culture, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, cultivate, and motivate teams in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Offer daily guidance and mentorship to HR Generalists
  • Oversee the onboarding and training processes for new HR Generalists
  • Implement talent management strategies and assist in resource forecasting
  • Collaborate with business leaders to execute HR strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with local and enterprise management
  • Support the Regional HR Director in achieving long-term HR objectives
  • Manage a performance evaluation system that promotes high performance
  • Provide analytical support through HR metrics to leadership
  • Advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Training, Recruitment, and Culture teams
  • Lead change initiatives in partnership with leadership
  • Work with Compensation on matters related to promotions and pay equity
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance upon project award
  • Encourage the development of top talent
  • Stay updated on labor relations and industry trends
  • Coach management on HR policies, compensation, and benefits
  • Lead special projects that align with organizational goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Director
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree along with 5-7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
