As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations for all properties and personnel.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and assign work to maintenance staff through the MRI Angus work order dispatching system.
* Ensure routine maintenance work, including building inspections, exterior lighting repairs, landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, and janitorial, is completed for each property.
* Maintain effective communication with tenants and other department personnel.
* Respond to tenant concerns and complaints, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
* Assist in resolving disputes between tenants, and ensure that rules established in the lease are clear and followed.
* Provide access as required by Henderson vendors, tenant vendors, and utility providers.
* Ensure maintenance staff have adequate training, equipment, tools, and inventory to perform their tasks.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in commercial building/facilities maintenance.
* Strong understanding of building maintenance principles, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical, HVAC, security systems, and locksmithing.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug and background check.
