About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on asphalt plants
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
  • Assist with production duties as needed
  • Service multiple locations across East TN
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in welding and fabrication
  • Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation
