Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage a team of warehouse associates responsible for order picking, packing, and loading.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new team members on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with all relevant regulations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly safety meetings and online training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a warehouse management role.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
