Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to residents in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute settings. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor their health, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor residents throughout the shift and alert the broader nursing team to any concerns
  • Check temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs, and report any abnormal events to supervising staff
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and helping to clean residents' rooms, etc.
  • Move residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and exam tables
  • Offer companionship and a compassionate, engaged ear to residents and their loved ones
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills
  • Appropriate bedside manner
