Job Title: Registered Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit FT Days

Job Summary:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Jersey City Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care delivery

Requirements:

  • Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
  • NRP and STABLE certification within 3 months of hire and maintenance every two years
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • ADN or BSN degree in Nursing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills

Compensation:

$45.00 Minimum to $63.00 Maximum Hourly Rate
