We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Spartronics. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations in a flexible manufacturing environment.
- Assemble and/or repair printed wiring assemblies (PWA), subassemblies, instruments, and final assemblies of various components.
- Deploy sound inventory control methods and procedures.
- Handle, mix, and test hazardous chemicals while using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and practice good housekeeping skills.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- The ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to add and subtract whole numbers, fractions, and decimals using direct reading gauges, rulers, and scales.
- A quality-conscious attitude and a strong work ethic.
- ESD Precautions Standards certification (training provided by employer).
