We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Cynet Health. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment.
Job Summary:This is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week. You will work in a Level I trauma center with 23 operating rooms, handling all service lines except Cardiovascular (CV).
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in on-call duty, approximately once per week, and weekend commitments, one weekend per month.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures, technologies, and best practices in the operating room.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
- Active IL license in hand to apply.
- BLS certification required; CNOR and CST preferred.
- Experience in General OR and Trauma, with a strong background in Level I trauma care.
- Cerner experience preferred.
- Competitive pay rate: $2742 - $3046 per week.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
